iglidur® Q | For high loads - wear-resistant on many shafts

iglidur® Q was specially developed for extreme loads. Under high loads, iglidur® Q is one of the iglidur® materials with by far the best wear resistance. From a radial load of 25MPa, even the highly wear-resistant iglidur® W300 is surpassed. Special, extremely finely distributed solid lubricants in the material ensure that maintenance-free dry operation is guaranteed under any load.

When do I use it?

• For pivoting applications
• For very good abrasion resistance, especially under extreme loads

• If the material needs to be insensitive to dirt

• If high edge loads or heavy impact loads occur
