igubal ESTM FC – compact and high-performance for the food and pharmaceutical industries
The FDA and EU 10/2011 compliant igubal ESTM FC pillow block bearing impresses with its high radial load capacity and its wide range of applications. The housing is made of igumid FC, a magnetically and optically detectable polymer, which is suitable for temperatures from -30°C to +100°C and can withstand short-term exposure up to +140°C. The spherical ball of dimensional series E is selectable, with iglidur A181 and FC180 available as materials.
Thanks to its chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, the ESTM-FC pillow block bearing can be used in various media without losing any functionality. The compact design allows for easy integration into existing systems, while the simple assembly saves time and costs. The maintenance-free dry operation makes the use of lubricants superfluous and significantly reduces maintenance requirements.
