igubal JEM GT and JKM GT – the versatile endurance runners in a split design

The JEM-GT and JKM-GT spherical balls of the E or K dimensional series, manufactured using the injection moulding process, are made of iglidur J. This tribologically optimised high-performance polymer is characterised by particularly low wear, a long service life and low moisture absorption.

The solid lubricants contained in the material make regular maintenance unnecessary and protect the environment by replacing external lubrication over the entire service life. The spherical design enables movement in multiple directions, thereby offering high flexibility for dynamic applications.

• Shaft diameter: 16mm - 50mm
• Advantages: Maintenance-free, lubrication-free, long-lasting, resistant to dust and dirt, vibration-dampening, good chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, good wear resistance, resistant to radiation intensity up to 3 · 10²Gy.
• Dimensional series: E and K following DIN ISO 12240
• Application environment: High wear resistance at room temperature and medium temperatures as well as under low to medium compressive strengths, high media resistance, low wear under water, low wear with a variety of different shafts, suitable for applications with soft shafts, low coefficients of friction in dry operation
