igubal WGRM LC and WGLM LC – cost-effective angled joints for rotary and pivoting movements
The igubal WGRM LC and WGLM LC angled joint, like the WGRM and WGLM, offers a perfect solution for rotating and pivoting movements, but without the spherical cap made of iglidur W300. Instead, the ball stud is integrated directly into the igumid G housing, which reduces production costs and represents a cost-effective alternative. The ball stud is available with a right-hand thread made of igumid G or galvanised steel; upon request, it is also available with a left-hand thread and made of stainless steel.
The housing is made of igumid G, an impact-resistant and long-fibre-reinforced polymer, which is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and short-term exposure up to +180°C and is characterised by high robustness and durability. Despite its cost-effective design, the angled joint remains vibration-dampening and resistant to dirt and dust, making it a reliable choice for demanding environments.
Overall, the WGRM LC and WGLM LC angled joints offer an efficient and cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications where reliability and ease of handling are paramount.
