igubal GERMFE and GELMFE – lightweight, robust and versatile
The igubal GERMFE or GELMFE clevis joint combination, manufactured using the injection moulding process, consists of a clevis joint, a spring-loaded fixing clip and a rod end of dimensional series E, and is made of the polymer igumid G, which is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and can withstand short-term exposure up to +180°C. The clevis joint combination is characterised by its light weight and high stiffness. is absolutely corrosion-free and can absorb high tensile forces, which makes it ideal for demanding applications. It offers additional benefits such as vibration and noise dampening. The igubal rod end combination is available for left-hand and right-hand as well as standard and fine threads.
The solid lubricants integrated into the plastic permanently replace external lubrication, whereby the joint offers both ecological and economic advantages.
