The igubal ESTM GT GT pillow block bearing is characterised by its split housing and split spherical ball, which significantly simplifies installation and removal. The housing is made of RN33, a material known for its high dimensional stability and surface finish, which is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C, whereby it can withstand short-term exposure up to +180°C. The spherical ball of the E dimensional series consists of iglidur J, which is characterised by low moisture absorption and high wear resistance.
The division into two housing halves makes threading with heavy shafts unnecessary, which saves time and effort. The ESTM GT GT pillow block bearing also offers a small build chamber and is lightweight, making it ideal for compact and lightweight applications. The high stiffness and durability ensure long-term and reliable performance, even under demanding conditions.
