igubal KFSM GT – flexible and robust for demanding applications
The igubal KFSM GT four-hole flange bearing for the bearing of shaft ends or fitting shafts is made of the material RN33, which is characterised by high dimensional stability and surface finish. This material is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C and can withstand short-term exposure up to +180°C. The division into two housing halves makes assembly considerably easier.
The spherical ball is made from iglidur J material, which is known for its low moisture absorption, low coefficient of friction during dry operation and an extremely low tendency to stick-slip. The material is suitable for a temperature range from -50°C to +90°C, short-term up to +120°C. Integrated solid lubricants replace permanently external lubrication and enable economic benefits.
The KFSM-GT is supplied pre-assembled without a foot (M12 mounting) and is also available in a version with plug-in feet (M10 mounting). It is resistant to dirt and dust, is lightweight and requires only a small build chamber. In addition, it is suitable for high static loads and is characterised by high stiffness and durability.
