igubal ECLM HD – the heavy-duty version for high loads
The igubal ECLM HD clip bearing is specifically designed to accommodate high axial and radial loads. It provides reliable compensation for axial and radial clearance through pretension, which ensures optimal functionality and a long service life of the bearing. It is easily installed by clipping into sheet metal, which means no additional locating spigot is required. The ECLM HD is suitable for plate thicknesses from 4 to 8mm.
The ECLM HD housing is made of igumid G, an impact-resistant and long-fibre reinforced polymer, which is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and can withstand short-term exposure up to +180°C. This material gives the bearing high dimensional stability and long service life. The material for the spherical ball is selectable, with options such as iglidur W300, J, J4, J4V, R, UW, X and stainless steel available.
Thanks to its robust construction and its ability to accommodate high loads, the ECLM HD is ideally suited for demanding applications. The igubal spherical bearings are an outstanding solution for a wide range of applications where high performance, freedom from maintenance and insensitivity to dirt are essential. They offer numerous advantages over conventional metallic spherical bearings and are a cost-effective, lightweight and robust choice for machine and plant engineering.
