igubal J3EM – the endurance runner with particularly high wear resistance

The J3EM spherical insert bearing, which is machined from bar stock, can be used in both pillow block bearings and flange mounted bearings. Made from the high-performance plastic iglidur J3, it is characterised by improved wear resistance at low to medium loads and high speeds. The service life is up to 300% longer than that of iglidur J, the proven top endurance runner material.

Thanks to the embedded solid lubricant, no additional lubrication is required, which makes operation in contaminated environments particularly advantageous. Our spherical insert bearings are easy to install and offer a cost-effective and lightweight alternative to a conventional metal ball bearing.

Housing compatibility

In our shop, you will also find flange mounted bearings and pillow block bearings with plastic housings, which have a positive effect on the total weight of your system.
