The igus® system for fast rotary applications as a standard product

The standard for circular movements

RBR Up to 600°, depends on Ø – Minimum displacement forces and maximum service life due to the split guide trough
The rotary module consists of two circular guide elements. One part of the guide trough is attached to the stationary part of the system and the other part to the rotating part. Because the rotary modules can be turned by both their inner or outer parts, the fixed end for the e-chains® can be chosen freely. The e-chains® from the E4.1 series are used for the rotary modules.

Fewer interfaces with static rotary modules

These rotary modules consist of a static guide trough. The fixed end of the e-chain® is attached to the guide trough and the moving end to the rotating part of the machine. The e-chains® from the E4.1 series are used for the rotary modules. Static rotary modules are ideally suited for easy installation in small spaces.
