The JEM spherical insert bearing, which is machined from bar stock, can be used in both pillow block bearings and flange mounted bearings. Made from the high-performance plastic iglidur J, it is characterised by particularly low wear, a long service life and low moisture absorption.

Thanks to the embedded solid lubricant, no additional lubrication is required, which makes operation in contaminated environments particularly advantageous. Our bearing inserts are easy to install and offer a cost-effective and lightweight alternative to a conventional metal ball bearing.

Housing compatibility

In our shop, you will also find flange mounted bearings and pillow block bearings with plastic housings, which have a positive effect on the total weight of your system.

As a PTFE-free alternative, we offer our machined spherical insert bearings in further dimensions made of iglidur J3: J3EM
