iglidur® IC-02PF: PTFE-free coating powder for wear-resistant surfaces
iglidur® IC-02PF is a black, PTFE-free coating powder for durable and wear-resistant sliding surfaces. The tribologically optimized coating improves sliding performance and directly protects metal components from wear. This extends the service life of existing components and reduces the need to replace parts.
The coating powder is PFAS-tested and suitable for coating metallic surfaces. Its corrosion protection was confirmed in a 480-hour salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227. With iglidur® IC-02PF, existing components can be specifically equipped with a wear-resistant and sliding-optimized surface.
