Load test in the igus® laboratory
Is it 21.25% lighter, but therefore less stable? To answer this question, igus® compared a newly developed e-chain® with its predecessor in the laboratory. Over a period of four days, both energy chains were subjected to an unsupported load of 1.6 kg.

At 18 mm, the new development sags over 63% less.
