Dirt-resistant and maintenance-free plastic spherical balls for UC cast iron housing

For this purpose, we developed iglidur J plastic spherical balls for pillow block and fixed flange bearings of the types UCP, UCF and UCFL

Many of our customers use pillow block and fixed flange bearings of the UC dimensional series with cast steel housings. They can be found virtually everywhere, from roller conveyors for the transport of glass panes and tiles to use in agricultural engineering.
 
In the food industry, for example, our interchangeable spherical balls are used as a substitute for expensive stainless steel solutions. The agricultural engineering sector especially appreciates the ability of our bearings to cope with dirt whereas the chemical resistance and freedom from corrosion are convincing arguments in the glass industry among others.
