iglidur® bar stock HLW round bars

High resistance to temperature and chemicals

iglidur® HLW is a fibre-reinforced thermoplastic material especially developed for applications in high atmospheric humidity or under water. Plain bearings made from iglidur® HLW can be used completely free of lubrication; in wet applications, the surrounding media acts as additional lubricant. Suitable for temperatures up to +200°C. Very low coefficients of friction when used with hardened shafts.
